What is your refund policy?

  • We can either move your delivery schedule to the preferred date if you will be unavailable during the initial dates selected or put the subscription on hold. The credits may be used anytime as long as it is coordinated via our communication channels prior to the actual delivery.

For refunds under promo subscription and delivery of your order has started, the regular rate of the consumed days shall be deducted from the total payment made since the mechanics of the promo were not fulfilled.

The refund process is within 5-7 business days. 

How do I request a refund for an unsatisfactory order?

  • Kindly send your concern to customer service. For complaints on the product quality, it must be made within 24 hours from receipt of orders. For refunds under promo subscription and delivery of your order has started, the regular rate of the consumed days shall be deducted from the total payment made since the mechanics of the promo were not fulfilled
  • The refund process is within 5-7 business days. 

Do you accept returns for any reason?

  • For sanitary purposes and to avoid cross-contamination in the commissary, we don’t accept returned meals that were already delivered to clients.
